THIS WEEK at Living Water Christian Fellowship

• TODAY     2 pm at Huronlea NH, Brussels: Pastor Ernest conducts chapel.
• Tues.    aft.    Pastor Ernest secty.at EMCC East District board mtg, Kitchener.
• Wed.    7 pm    ELDERS at Steve Cook’s. Please pray for your church leaders!
• Thurs.    eve    Thresher’s Booth setup – talk to Harvey if you’d like to help.
• Fri.-Sat.    8-8    LWCF Booth at Blyth Thresher's Reunion: Calling all home bakers - We need your help!!  We need home baked Pies and Cookies.  We also need help manning our booth: Friday and Saturday (3 shifts each day; 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, and 4pm-8pm). Two people are needed for each shift to hand out free water; to cut and sell pieces of pie; to package and sell cookies. Pastor Ernest has graciously offered the Dow home as a drop-off place for the baked items, which can be taken there anytime from Thursday through Saturday. • Fri.    7:30 pm    Community farewell evening for Pastor John & Helen Kuperus and family at Blyth Public School, all welcome.
• NEXT SUNDAY    10:30 am worship at LWCF – Bible Sunday, “Buried Treasure: Unlocking the Riches of God’s Word.” Elsewhere – 10 am Teen Challenge at Blyth CRC; 9:30 am service at Thresher’s shed 3 (admission $6; bring lawn chair).

PRAYER FOCUS

*    Pray for the Holy Spirit to continue to direct and empower our leadership, so that God’s will is done, with harmony and unity and Jesus is proclaimed.
*    Pray for our country’s leadership, that all things would be done decently and in order and that Christian morals may once again be the rule of our laws.
*    Praise God for LWCF - for loving fellowship, Biblical teaching, talented musicians, and for the Spirit of the living God present with us as we worship Him.
*    Praise God for His gift of eternal life, for all who believe in Jesus, bought at such a great cost; may we never take it for granted.
